2.       Please note that priority will be given to those who had confirmed their orders.

An invoice will be emailed to you within 48 hours upon confirmation of your order.

Do not transfer the sum of money until we had confirmed your orders.

3.       Elegance Stage will blacklist those who’ve backed out after the confirmation email has been sent.

MODE OF PAYMENT

We accept payment by:

       All payments are to be made within 48 hours after the invoice is emailed to you.

ATM Transfer: Please attach a clear snapshot of your transfer receipt to prevent any cases of fraud.

MODE OF DELIVERY

Strictly by Normal / Registered mail. However, registered mails are strongly encouraged to prevent any loss of postage.

Normal Postage: $1
Item will be shipped out within 3 working days upon receiving payment.

Additional Item: $0.50 

Registered Postage: $2.24

Registered Postage will only be mailed out every saturday.

Mass meet up will be made on a particular weekend depending on elegance stage's schedule. There will be a charge of $0.50 for meet ups.

NOTE:  Elegance Stage will NOT be liable for any missing/damaged parcels after parcels have been dispatched. Normal mails do NOT come with any tracking number, as such, please opt for the registered mail unless you are willing to take the risk.

We would recommend customers to opt for the Registered mail as it is a form of secure method as the tracking number will be provided in the event of any missing parcels.

To prevent any misunderstandings in the case of loss of delivery, Elegance Stage will take a snapshot of the parcel and address written before we mail the parcel out.

• Elegance Stage will NOT entertain any requests for any reservations, meet-ups or trades.
• Elegance Stage will NOT do a refund/ exchange of any items sold.
• Elegance Stage will NOT be responsible for any damaged/lost items sent during the process of delivery.
• Elegance Stage has made the utmost attempt to display the maximum accuracy of the colors of the items on our webpage. However, we can’t make the assurance that all colors are the exact colors as some colors will defer from what you see.
